We are looking for an Administration Support Specialist, who can support us in all HR & Administrative tasks.

• Completing pre-onboarding tasks for new employees as expected and on time

• Taking necessary actions in employment processes

• Following up birth, marriage etc. benefits & payments

• Following up tasks related to meal card and other benefits

• Organising and preparing the necessary paperwork related to HR and administrative affairs

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on HR and administrative activities

• Supporting Employer Branding activities

• Supporting Internal Announcement & Internal Communication activities

• Supporting the Employee Journey 

• Enjoying being a generalist and the opportunity of being involved in diverse HR & Administrative tasks and projects

Are you a MATCH?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in engineering)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a multicultural team
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good prioritization of tasks and a high attention to detail
• Critical thinking skills
• Being creative
