Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters or Bursa & Manisa Plants.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Human Resources

Your contribution to something big:

• Assistance recruitment processes
• Supporting preonboarding&onboarding processes
• Organizing trainings and prepare reports after trainings
• Supporting internal organizations & motivational activities
• Benchmarking with other companies (searching about related topics for guidance&prepare presentation)
• Supporting personnel affairs, administration processes
• Being responsible for applications of personnel related policies & procedures
• Being part of Smart Start activities

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• ‘3rd year’ undergraduate and postgraduate students (preferably from Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations departments)
• Minimum 3 full days attendance is required during school period
• Excellent level of English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Excellent command in English
• Being collaborative and customer oriented
