QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2nd or 3rd year students in law faculties,
- Solid follow-up, organizing, time management skills,
- Advanced level of English skills,
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities,
- To have critical, proactive and creative approach.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To review all legal issues regarding customer and vendor contracts,
- To assist dispute resolution regarding commercial and employment disputes,
- To assist, control and coordinate the employment issues and employment contracts in accordance with Turkish Labor Law,
- To assist, control and coordinate the General Assembly and Board of Directors meetings in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code,
- To provide constant feedback to other teams regarding any legal concerns.
