Job Profile

• Maintaining knowledge on rules and regulations of the import products,
• Designing all standard operating procedures for import according to company KPI’s starting from order to stock.
• Analyzing supplier performance and managing communication with suppliers and maintaining high standards of all service delivery,
• Organizing the communication between customs broker, warehouse and finance
• Following up of customs processes and work in coordination with the customs officer,
• Arranging all steps of import’s logistics. Choosing the supplier by annual tender or arranging spot shipments,
• Documentation of import and imports accounting,
• Submitting the import payments  and taxes to finance
• Reporting to the manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields,
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of English
• Superior organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks (Analytical and has time management skills),
• Suitable for teamwork,
• New graduated or 1-2 years of experience,
