QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an INTERN (3 months) to support the Quality Assurance function of our company based in İstanbul/Ataşehir (Due to Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing rules, job location will be mostly home based. 

What we’re Looking for:

•        Preferably 3rd or final year student at Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry faculties.
•        Aims to have a carrier in Pharmaceuticals
•        Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
•        Highly motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn
•        Fluent in English
•        Good team member
•        Able to work 3 days/week and 3 months.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Revision and translation of quality procedures in electronic documents management system
•        Documentation and tracking of all action items of complaints, deviations, CAPA and change controls in systems
•        Support of vendor qualification dossiers
•        Documentation and follow-up of quality KPIs of vendors
•        Control of stability study reports
•        Archiving of quality documents (process validation, stability etc.)
•        Support warehouse quality operations
