I am subletting my room until August since I am in USA for a year.

The room is spacious and fully furnished. There is a 120×190 cm bed, IKEA wardrobe, IKEA desk, a chair, curtains and a small bookcase.

It’s a 2-bedroom apartment and kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils. There’s also a corner set in the living room.

The apartment is located in Sisli, which is very close to main attractions. It’s 7-minute walk to Sisli Metro station, 3-minute walk to a bus stop where you can take a bus to Besiktas and many other places, 12-minute walk to Mecidiyeköy metrobus stop.

You will be living with a 27-year old guy who is working as a geomatic engineer. He is very easygoing and cool guy who pays attention to cleaning a lot.

We are looking for a clean and easy-going person.

No party
You can smoke in the living room and kitchen, no smoking in the bedroom.
Feel free to drink.
The apartment will be cleaned by a professional twice a month.

The rent is 425 euros including bills and the security deposit is 500 euros.
