JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of budget and strategic plan
• Analysing and interpreting financial information, understanding deviations and preparing clear action plans to address deviations agreed with business partners
• Having experience in investor relations processes / managing processes with national and international banks and financial institutions / managing financial resources, income and expenses
• Analysing and interpreting financial information, understanding deviations and establishing clear and concise action plans to address deviations agreed with business partners
• Identify and quantify financial risks and opportunities and recommend/monitor corrective actions
• Timely compilation of annual accounts and tax returns consistent with local GAAP/IFRS and local tax requirements
• Liaising with local auditors, tax advisors and local authorities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferably experienced in Health sector
• At least 10 years of experience in Financial Affairs
• Carried out and mastered the process of overseas credit transactions,
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP as well as local tax
• To be able to use MS-Office, BorAX and other related software
• Advanced knowledge of Turkish and Bosnian preferably English knowledge
