Upjohn Regulatory Affairs Operations Support Part Time is responsible of compliance, administrative and system updates.

Job Summary

• Performs and supports all administrative tasks; system updates and archiving

• Provides support for all regulatory tasks

Responsibilities

• Performs and supports all administrative tasks (payments, POs, meeting organizations, travel arrangements, department announcements, etc.)

• Updates global and local databases/lists periodically; run reports from the systems

• Archives all regulatory documents and information

• Makes related announcements to inform all counterparts within the company

• Supports translations of required documents into local language and in English

• Supports labelling related tasks (proofreading, package & leaflets control, etc.)

• Ensures that all regulatory files are correctly maintained and secured

• Prepares monthly reports

• Prepares submission of monthly stock-out announcements

• Supports colleagues within the department as needed

• Supports audit readiness

Qualifications

• Has an university degree or undergraduate

• Have a good command of written and spoken English

• Have good organization skills

•Be computer literate
