QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Operating in more than 130 countries, TOTAL is one of the major world-class energy companies. TOTAL is looking for an intern for the following position:
- Having an obligation to do an internship and/or the university to register the student to local Turkish social security system and pay the Social Security Premiums during the internship period
- Supporting recruitment process (searching CV’s, phone interviews, organizing interviews etc.)
- Supporting administrative stuff
- Coordinating onboarding program for new comers
- Making training organizations according to training plan
- Following up daily HR activities
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or master student preferably in Business Management or Social Sciences
- Able to work 2-3 days per week
- Good command of English
- Having strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office Applications
