Support implementation of affiliate Compliance program elements
Support development and delivery of Ethics and Compliance training and communication
Supports L&D team to keep the Training Matrix including Policy & Procedures Library up to date, monitors implementation of training matrix.
Update Ethics & Compliance Intranet site regularly
Coordinate localization of global policy and procedures
Organize E&C champ meetings and programs
