Since 2005, we have been providing software services to Turkey’s largest and most prestigious enterprises in the finance and telecom industries. With our continuously growing 450-strong team, we offer turnkey project and consultancy services with the Java, .Net, Mobile, Cloud, ML Technologies, as well as bringing added value to the software industry with our extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, ALM, SDLC, Product and Project Management, AI, DevOps and IT offshoring services. 

We are looking for a HR Trainee having the following qualifications to be employed in our company. Candidates will be evaluated for our HR Team located in Ankara Office.

 

  • 3rd /4th year student in Graduate Degree such as  Business Administration, Economics, preferably Labour Economics & Industrial Relations
  • Able to work minimum 3 days a week in school time, preferably full time
  • Good command of MS Office applications, especially excel
  • Result oriented and careful work follow-up
  • Analytical thinking, eager to learn
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skill
  • Willingness to develop expertise in all aspects of Human Resources

İŞ TANIMI

  • Assisting actively in recruitment process, 
  • Recording and updating CVs received from various sources
  • Arranging interviews with the candidates, following status of candidates
  • Provide support to HR team in all HR functions
