• Preferably 1-year relevant job experience or internships
• University graduate or senior undergraduate, Master’s or PhD student
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• A great team player
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong will to develop her/himself and the business
• Eager to take responsibility across all functions of HR
• Self-motivation and growth-oriented mindset
• Career objective in the field of Human Resources

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working as a member of the Human Resources Department in IKEA Turkey Service Office in order to support all HR functions for our main office and our stores between September 2019 – May 2020 
• Taking an active role in ongoing HR projects  Supporting recruitment processes
• Making training organizations and preparing reports
• Preparing presentations for relevant projects
• Following up on daily HR activities
