Qualifications

3rd year University student or Masters student

Being able to work  at least 3 full days in a week during school semester, full time (5 days) in summer break

Good command of both written and spoken in English

Good command of MS Office applications

Good follow-up skills as well as attention to the details

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description 

Updating SIM board in daily basis

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly dashboard

Preparing daily open orders portfolio report

Creating and answering expedition; cancellation CRs through BFO

Preparing weekly procurement reports

Preparing Export documents for IG & OG customers

Support Order Processing team for backlog management.

Support BOL & OTDS analysis and action plan.

Support daily business analysis report (red alert, shortage mngt, EDI check, etc..)
